I work with clinical data, statistical models, and questions at the intersection of methodology and real-world biomedical research.
About
I am a researcher working at the intersection of clinical data, statistical modeling, and data science.
My interests sit where methodology meets real-world biomedical research: how clinical laboratory data can be used carefully at scale, how longitudinal measurements behave, and how synthetic data can stand in when real data cannot be shared. This website is a personal archive of that work — and of a few things beyond it.
Research
Clinical Data
Large-scale analysis of clinical laboratory data.
Statistical Modeling
Methods for longitudinal and repeated-measurement data.
Biophysics Modeling
Coarse-grained stochastic particle simulations with spatial and temporal resolution, used to probe protein–protein and protein–DNA interactions.
